Terms & Conditions:

• Winners have 12 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 18 months from the purchase date to travel, subject to availability and travel between December and August with the exception of February 1st-22nd, May, and Christmas and New Year weeks.  Please inquire for details.
• All nights must be used within a single stay.
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
• Winner is responsibile for a refundable damage deposit due at redemption.
• If a property is sold or no longer available at the time of your requested stay, LuxGive reserves the right to substitute your accommodations with a property of equal or higher value. 
• LuxGive is not liable for providing alternative accommodations if preferred travel dates are not available. 
• If an included activity and/or service is no longer available at the time of your requested stay, LuxGive reserves the right to amend or substitute the inclusion. 
• The experience is non-transferable.
• If you choose to book and travel within 14 days of arrival, LuxGive cannot guarantee availability or trip planning services.
